           Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3
           Guilty Gear Accent Core
           Melty Blood: Actress Again <-------------------WE NEED A GOOD TURNOUT
           Blazblue: Continuum Shift (MikeZ's board)
           Street Fighter: HDRemix (newly added)

$7 Venue fee
$5 entry fee for each game
 
We will be there around 10:00 am for Setup, Signups, and Casuals.

HDRemix will start at 1:00
BBCS will start at 2:00
Naruto will start at 3:00
Guilty Gear will start at 4:00
Melty Blood will start at 5:00
TvC will start at 6:00

Rules:
All games will be 2/3 rounds, 2/3 matches
Winners & Loosers finals will be 3/5 matches
Semi and Grand will be 3/5 Matches
99 sec. time limit on All games
Winner Keeps same character, Looser may change
Stage selection will be random for all games

HDRemix:
Akuma is banned and will be played on XBox 360

Naruto: CONR3
All game crashing glitches are banned
LNP On
Obstacles Off
Stage Transitions Off

TvC: UA-S
All Characters are allowed
If fire stage is chosen, both players may agree to change it

GGAC:
Cliff & Justice are banned
Gold & EX Characters are banned

Melty Blood:
Arch: Earth is banned

Blazblue:
All characters allowed
-but no one will ever pick tsubaki

Payouts:
Payouts will be 70%/20%/10%
Any game that has 15 or less participants will be 80%/20%

This is a B.Y.O.C event! The hotel is not responsible for any controllers that are lost or stolen! TV's and setups would be a big help!

also, I cant forget HnK casuals or whatever else you want to put on. Last time I saw some AH, 3s and even melee 

some norcal gg coming down would be pretty hype as well.

After AM6, I'm gonna be trying to save money, so I don't think I'll be participating in any real tournaments until Evo.

If everyone goes then we'll need two cars. The venue is a hotel and the cheapest rate seems to be $105 a night.

@ Dakanya: for housing ask Bell, Xie, David, or Ken first. I wouldn't do the hotel unless it's cheap enough with all of you are staying.

We are going to stream but it might be somewhat of a pain to stream mb, gg and bb without wasting time switching between games. We will try to get it worked out.

As an aside: I can bring my mixer, but I have no portable computer to stream off of right now (ffffffffffffffffff). Is someone going to have a streaming setup there, or do I need to try to jury-rig  something?

Considering that we would be driving five hours to get there, that's not a problem.

My only real question (other than if I'll be able to recover from the beating aika is going to give me fast enough) is how are you going to get to the event in the event that we leave from the tournament to go directly back to Arizona. I was thinking of getting there late Friday night, crashing, heading out to Walnut and then coming back to AZ after the tournament.

Looks like melty vegas will not be making this after all.

That would involve driving out there at fuck in the morning.

That also doesn't solve the problem of getting you to the event, if we drove there Saturday morning. Driving to your place and then there and then back would be silly, imo.

Unless you're suggesting that we also stay Saturday night and leave Sunday morning. Which would probably be the easiest thing to do, but I was trying to compress schedules a bit. Shouldn't be too bad if we leave Sunday morning (everyone else can sleep in the car ).
