Melty Blood community gets pretty hype for 3v3 but it almost never happens.  It'd be nice if we could do it for once.  I'll see what I can do about getting their Saturday.

If any tournament would be the best chance to make that shit happen it would be this tournament here. I hope it happens, but it's still cool if we do 2v2. I just thought 3v3 would be hype and a nice change of pace from the typical 2v2 tournaments we usually do for teams.

Real talk, I'm just gonna make it $5, since 95% of you will be raped from funds after entry fee and games (for those who did not pre-register their BADGES, not games). Remember, that shit is $35 at the door. Plus $10 for any game you are entering.

Ok, I'm gonna have to ask you guys for a couple things (if you can/planned on bringing it, cool):

1) A laptop to use for bracket holding and for streaming purposes since mines has yet to be fully fixed.
2) Mixer and a few mics.
3) A few extra composite cords.

I'll be bringing my TV (stream ready) with my PS2 and EasyCap w/ install CD and cords.

I'll be running teams and singles for Melty Larry. Me and Choco ran Melty in '08 so we'll be good in that department.

Also, with that confirmation of sharing the extra room with Smash, we'll have ample time for a team tournament on Saturday. So, 3pm good with everyone? 2v2 Waseda ofc.

That why I like the melty community because you guys are always on point. I'll allow that team joint but you guys have to keep the loot and do the sign ups. We will put the grand finals of the teams joint on the stream!  More melty hype for the world to see.

I already told you this in IRC earlier, but I'm gonna bring my laptop so you can run brackets.  And Brent from here in Columbus said he could bring his streaming equipment and do a stream for the MBAA tourney.

BUT.....

He wanted me to post here and see if it would be worth it for him to lug his equipment with him.  There are going to be five people in my car (including me); I drive a Ford Focus...not a lot of room for five guys.  Then we have to take into account all of the luggage (this including my TV for a Melty setup), because once again not a lot of room.  So I absolutely need some kind of feedback on this please

Got Car owned, and I'll probably need to money to get repairs to it, so I don't think I'll be going... :\

We'll see how things workout but chances of going went from 90%->20%.

As much as I hate to say this, due to money issues, my chances of attending are now really slim. Too much shit just got in the way of my booking tickets earlier so now the prices are just outrageous. I'm pissed off because I was really looking forward to this since I missed NEC.

Damn, that sucks.Guess that means I'm still looking for a room too.
Only other people I know that said they have rooms are already full.
I guess I might just show up and see if there is any place to stay, or if all else fails, get a room when I get there.
