It's really accessible by both public transportation (The Regional Rail drops off right outside, as well as the bus) and driving.

When: Saturday, 24th, March 2012. Signups Start at 3pm, Cut off is 4pm. Casuals will be held so if you want to warm up show up early.

Games/fees: Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code (PC), Arcana Heart 3 (PS3), $5 per game, $5 Venue Fee
I may have something to announce in the next week about the venue fee going towards a prize for the winner. Frank (the store owner) suggested the idea, I'll need to talk it over with him in the next few days to see exactly what he wants to do.

Rules: Best 2 out of 3 until finals. All three finals will be best 3 out of 5, loser in Grand Finals must win two sets to win. Results must be reported to me by the winner as soon after the match as reasonably possible.
No character ban, Winner must keep their character selection, but is not moon/arcana locked.
Don't be a cunt. Win or lose, this is to help us all level up,
You are accountable for your equipment. Do not show up with the expectation that someone will supply you a controller or stick. If you need to borrow a stick for the event, get ahold of me via PM, I can bring an extra for you. (Once again, do not expect I will have one, get ahold of me in advance)
You will be seeded by region. Don't worry about playing the person you drove out with.
Payout: 70/20/10, possibility of there being a nice prize from the venue (Will be decided in the next few days)

if you can bring a setup, please let me know. Because this game is on PC, I only have one setup I can bring. You do not need a monitor, we have six ASUS Monitors at the venue, so display lag will not be a factor. If you don't have the needed cables to hook up your laptop or desktop, get ahold of me, i'll see what we can do. They all take HDMI, DVI and VGA with 3.5mm jack for audio.

This is a pretty good idea if someone can house, it's far cheaper for me to head down to philly than it is for me to go up to NYC.

Sorry I thought I posted up about this. The conclusion we came to for the first one was to see how many people we could get to come out before we decided on anything. Hopefully we should be able to throw something extra/fun in for later events

I will definitely be making the trip from NJ to Philly!

Gonna get bodied but it'll probably be a fun experience nonetheless!

Bringing a friend who is into photography and may takes some shots of the event, I'll post'em here if he ends up actually taking any.
