Train Info: Take the LIRR to Ronkonkoma Station.
Directions from Ronkonkoma Station to Castle Golf.

October 13th @ 3pm. Casuals will be running till close. (till midnight at least)

Fee: $10 venue + $5 for each tourney you enter. Sorry, but you must pay the venue even if you want to play casuals only.

Bringing TVs and systems cuts off $5 from your tourney fees. Sorry, but no matter how many TVs and systems you bring, you will still have to pay the $10 venue. Basically, bringing equipment gets you 1 free tourney per item you bring. (of course, it counts only if we actually use your TV/system)

Please help by bringing systems! Even PS2s. (modded and Japanese help as well) Especially bring PS3s and Xbox360s. We can always use more of everything. We definitely can always use more TVs!

Prize split: Depends on how big the pot is for a certain game. If it's big enough for the 70/20/10 split, there ya go. If not, winner takes all.

This is Castle Golf's 4th major game event. The other 3 have all been big successes. Over 40 people each, with many coming from as far as NYC, NJ and MD. :D

There is a road with many hotels about 15-20 minutes away.

But you don't have to worry about it too much. The tourneys don't really start till like after 3pm at the earliest. The event runs all night long. (past midnight) So you really don't need to worry about spending money on a hotel unless you really don't wanna wake-up by like noon to start driving on Sunday.

Can you show me the quote on this site where I gave the impression I own or otherwise am completely in charge of Castle Golf? Castle Golf itself and those in charge are the biggest factors when I referred to "everyone involved".

Anyways, like I said, tell me whatever specific day you all want and I'll see what I can do to make it happen. I don't want to go through the trouble of commandeering a particular day only to have you all tell me it's inconvenient.

Saturdays are very tough to get during the spring/summer. During the fall/winter, no problem. Sundays are tough enough to get now. I had to fight just to get July 1st.

Besides, I thought most W2Z tourneys are on Saturdays anyway. I don't wanna have mine on the same day as a good W2Z event.

Overall, Sunday is the best day for these. (in terms of everyone who will be involved) If you all can guarantee me a bunch of people on any other day, I'll do so for a future tourney.

Seriously, put out any date you all want in July and I'll see what I can do.

Well if it helps, we start playing as early as 3 (possibly earlier) and keep playing till Close which is at 9 or 10 depending on how active the place comes.

Also, many of us just randomly get together to play on random days. Like tomorrow. Chat with us on SRK if you all want to try to meet up on a certain day.
