You know, I figured we would have had less of an issue finding games to focus on after games started coming out... that ended up being completely false. Nice to be seeing people again, at least. That monitor seems to be on its last legs though, which sucks.

H-F, if nothing else those corners in MBHD need to be fixed!!!

I would just always assume that Ryd is either practicing the violin or playing Pokemon.

I'm not even sure what we're playing (and not it's not a devious trap to bait everyone into playing Aquapazza). Practicing UNIEL is probably a good bet. Unless I just end up tying H-F to a chair and I make him play VF for 6 hours.

We should do something this week. I'm going to be honest: I would much prefer hosting on Friday, given how late Tempered usually gets back on Thursday (and that reminds me, I need to get on fixing that bike), and I really shouldn't be up that late when I have work the next morning and I need to be up for work at 4 AM or so. I'm also not sure if I should have a full house, although if it was on Friday people would probably have to leave earlier (since Tempered would want everyone out by Midnight-1 AM or so).

Checking back a week later. Anything going down tonight by any chance? Though I haven't played FGs in a bit. If not I'll bug Tempered if he has time for any online stuff tonight.

I'm about 98% sure nothing is happening tonight, as most of the AZ anime players want to play P4AU right now and I want nothing to do with that. That and I've been told by my doctor to basically cut it out with the fighting games, at least until I can get my stress levels down a fair bit.

I'm about as interested in P4AU as I am a swift kick in the dick. And honestly, if it was from a cute asian girl or something, I might go with the kick in the dick. 

As for a session this week... probably not? I do feel kind of bad not having people get their inbirthing in, but I haven't been in any mood to play fighting games recently. Call back next week (or if you want to play Aquapazza... I would have put VF here but H-F might actually take me up on that).

My PS3? I just plugged the damn thing in. :p

Are you asking about how I got a PS2 hooked up? I ran the PS2 through a Live Gamer Portable -- it upscales with about zero lag.

As for sessions... I'm not really sure. Let me check to see if Tempered's even up for it.

Tempered or Dippy, are either of you going to post on Dustloop that you're hosting tomorrow? I figure a lot of Dustloop people would appreciate the chance to play, assuming you're down to accommodate more people.

I was going to mention it on Dustloop earlier... but I got lazy. That was kind of the intent of finding out earlier in the week, to be honest.

As for setups, my copy did come in and through black magic oOoOoOoOoOo I have a third copy, as well. So we have three setups, which should be good unless 12 people decide to show up again.

So we were kinda pressed for time during the session the other night because we all met up so late. Planning was kinda messed up due to the logistics. I was hoping to get some +R time in but was unable to due to time constraints. Would anyone possibly be available for a last minute/cram session on Wed. night? iirc none of us are leaving until noon on Thurs. I could probably get out 1-1.5 hours early on Wed. night and my packing would be done on Tues. I believe Carlos was going to put in a little training time with Maori? If so I guess it could serve as a quick crash course and we could get in a little +R time beforehand. But would this work for anyone? This all sounds rushed because my thought process is all jumbled up right now. 

Honestly, my thought in regards to this is that you should just pack your stuff before you go to work tomorrow, come to my place after work and spend the night here. It doesn't make much sense for you to leave late at night, go home, and end up coming back in the morning (during rush hour!). For Wednesday, you can come by and play for as long as Tempered will put up with it (which sounds pretty damn late, talking to him).

Working till 10:30 that night.  Not sure how that works into plans.

Dippy, do you have a room at the venue this year?  I should probably figure out where I need to be before I get there.  Seems like it might be a good idea.  Probably.

I have a room at the LVH/Westgate (the damn name just changed!); we're saying at the hotel Evo is taking place at.

Anything going on this week?

I just got back from Raleigh and I'd like to get some games in this week if people are down for that, since I'll be out for the next two weeks in Japan.

I wouldn't have a problem with it -- next weekend is the Fourth of July, and while I'm not doing anything other than going to work in the morning (since I live a sad life), I wouldn't expect anyone else to be available. The weekend after that is Evo, which... well... yeah.

No idea who would be coming by, but I put the notice out on Dustloop. I'm kind of out of it right now, but I'll probably feel better once I take a nap and have something to eat.

Well I guess I was just a bit upset that the proposal to play AP on my PS3 was made knowing full well that the DL guys who "play" AP have practically zero dedication to it and I felt like my PS3 could be going to much better use. But I may have taken it a tad too far.

I'm not worried about it at all, but to be fair, I really did want to play Aquapazza. I feel kind of bad about Ray/Erik not having somethign to play, because I was talking about getting another setup up more than once but never did it. I think I figured that if someone wanted it, someone would have poked me about it and then I would have set it up on one of the SD TVs or something.

I don't want to speak directly for him, but I'm about 99% certain mauve isn't touching this stuff anymore as he's a full-fledged Indie Game Developer(tm) now. Regarding the SNESs, I think there's some corrosion on the connectors on the mainboard. Seems to happen when the things are in storage for a decade. They should be cleanable once I get the things open, or the worst case is that I have to buy a new connector (apparently they come off easily enough). While I have them open I could mod them to support Super Famicom carts so I can play... my copy of Pop'n Twinbee. Yeah!

Fri/Sat would be best.

Dippy, what's the plan for Evo this year?  Leaving Thu and coming back Mon?

The plan right now is to leave Thursday morning and to leave Monday around Noon, although there is a bit of flexibility in that in regards to when we can leave and come back. I do need to be there Thursday night though.

And if at all possible, I'd very much like to play me some AH3 next time we meet up if anyone would be ok with that. I can't remember the last time I did. There's really not much of a point to be avoiding it because LM is the same game at its core. People didn't stop playing GGAC when +R was on the horizon. If anything they started playing it again, if not moreso. Lately it seems that we've usually just been pressed for time and then there's scheduling conflicts and add to that our stellar planning skills. Yeah that's a winner of a combination right don't you think? But I just wanted to put this out there.

If you want to play AH3, all you have to do at this point is ask... at least until UNIEL is out. :x

Since this has gone so wonderfully well last time (and no, the SNESs still don't work) when are people going to be available this week?
