Hey Nam, what program did you use to design the brackets and do you know of any software that has a randomizer that can sort names?
I used that tournament maker program that I found on this thread: Here. We did the simple seeding arangement assuming no one was a beginner, and Zar, Xaq and LK were experts, and the rest in the middle. Nothing too special.

Damn yo, where are the rest of the matches?  :-\

Nam, thanks for that tourney bracket info . :teach:
zar are you even aware that your attitude is what drove people off in the first place. i think zar's attitude is worse than all of that. cause neither of you guys mean anything. but zar can poison shit around him. zar's the one that gets personal online and does realtalk that's out of line.

Uhm... yeah... My birthday is today, I decided to celebrate it on the weekend, and yesterday I realized I had a pile of work that I was saving for the weekend to do, but didn't do because of aforementioned reasons. Sorry, Lack of planning on my part. I'll get restarted again when I get home. Sorry about that. I thought that Ehrik would be doing some vids over the weekend so people would be distracted by my disappearance, but I guess I get no such luck.  :-\

Well, some people have to set little goals in order to reach higher ones.

For example, you can't say, "I want to bake a cake", without first saying, "I need to buy flour." Unless you already have flour... then it... uhm... well the bottom line is that the only ingredient in a cake is flour.

the only ingredient in a cake is flour.

cake == flour
flour == cake
cake == winning

The only ingredient in winning is winning.

I was wondering when I looked at the match....he'll do like the jumping kicks (dunno the button) air to air and when im air blocking them he lands first and gets a "free" 5A anti air combo...what do I do about that?

In my experience... don't jump, or if you do, try for an air throw. Thats all I can think of.

If I just did jA's you can airthrow me but the jB's give some hardcizore blockstun so I land 9 hours before you. :D I'm pretty sure I got Nam and stuff with that too. What's REALLY good is that I can just sometimes IAD jB after doing ground stuff, so if you high block I can mixup, if you jump I can go for a guardbreak.  :psyduck:

Shield on the way down.

:P
That doesn't work against smart players (*cough*me) cus if they know its coming they just back off and let the descending victim suffer the landing recovery for a free punish. It's best to mixup everything really, but I think double jumping out (if you didn't already burn all your air options) is the "safest".

Options:
Come down w/ airthrow (which results in shield if they attempt an air guardbreak) --> is countered by "backing off" and punishing landing recovery

Come down w/ j.a or some other jumping normal w/ good startup and priority. Good for when you guess the opponent is waiting for an airthrow/shield attempt allowing you to take initiative when landing. --> is countered by stand shielding and retaliating w/ a fast normal that will result in CH OR using a fast normal w/ a high hitbox (e.g. akiha 5a) that will result in a CH trade OR by using a normal w/ abundant clash frames (e.g. vsion 5b) that will result in a clash followed by CH.

Avoid the guard break w/ double jump. --> is countered by opponent aerial pursuing w/ airthrow or spaming high priority jumping normals (e.g. sion j7.c).

as long as you are up on life it's usually better not to risk throwing cause the risk vs reward on it is so horrible, just be real careful with it

Okay... I'm currently stuck at the moment, because I do not know what replays are missing, and what replays I should keep looking for. Right now, I'm just missing the second match of LK vs Zar(I found one replay in the "other replays" folder) If you guys can confirm the nonexistance of the replay, I can just stick that one match with Xaq vs BBhood for convenience.
