Due to some issues using this format for the tournament, we have made it an open tournament. Although the formation of the team would be highly recommended to be regional, we've left it to where anyone can form a team and be welcomed. Don't get too comfortable with this, Arlieth and I (meaning Mizuki) still have to iron out some kinks. Be relieved or whatever, be still don't get too comfortable. If you have any questions, go ahead and PM Mizuki on SRK or Melty Bread, or catch him on #SRM on pyoko irc network.

i don't see "no same character teams" in here...that's really gunna suck if that changes
