I would consider it to be indirectly recovering faster. I would assume delaying the 236 ender places the opponent higher above you, meaning you land earlier and have more time to setup your next play, or something along those lines.

Super double jump offers greater jump height and velocity than a regular double jump forward. IIRC, sdj is limited to forward.
In MBAC, I think it was a Shiki exclusive ability (eg Tohno and Nanaya) but in MBAA I believe they made it a universal mechanic?

You input by either tapping 9 (forward double jump) for under 8 frames, or you can input it by entering 29 while in midair.

Anywho, regarding that above 214c corner combo with Tohno, I've read from the wiki that it's "variable in between characters." Really now, I can't seem to hit this against Miyako or the Lens. YESH THEM BLASTED LOLIES. LOVE 'EM TO BITS THOUGH. Ahem, back on topic, the EX slide's second hit always whiffs when I do it. Any suggestions, or is it just not going to work against those small hit boxes? (I'm not even going to bother with the necos- no offense to the neco lovers out there xD)
Delay the 22[A] by just a little bit more. That, and active 214c asap.
That, and try to get enough hits in so that gravity takes the lolis down to the point where the second hit doesn't whiff. 2a2b5c6c6aaa22[a]214c did the trick for me with WLen.

You literally input the dash immediately after you input the jC. Consider start doing the input right after you input the jC and before the hit even connects.

Hmm, corner combo. Req 100% meter and knife.
(j.C) 2A 5B(5BB) 2B 5C 2C tk236B 5BB 214C j.Bwhiff 2C 3C 623B 2C (slightly delay)5C 22A j.B(6B)C dj.BC 236B. 21/22 hits, 5460/5465 damage on C-Ries.
Tested with landing the j.C, ignored the first 5BB, and 21/22 hits depending on whether I threw in the j6B.

Considering j.C 2A 5B 2B 5C 2C 22A 3C 5BB 214A 2C 5C 5BB 214C j.Bwhiff 2C 3C 5C 5BB j.BC dj.BC 236B - 26 hits, 5591 on C-Ries. Same amount of meter, and still lose the knife.
Possible alternative if you feel like showing off, and have impeccable timing?

EDIT: As an afterthought, looking at the majority of my posts in this thread, boy I sure like to come up with some retarded combos.

Not consistently. It mostly depends on your distance from the opponent when you start into the rekka; if you're a reasonable distance, it stays 236 236 236, but at a certain point close to the enemy (or perhaps, even against wall) it turns into 236 236 214. This is also applicable to all moon-styles. I generally combo into 6C or tk 236B for C-Ryougi, and 22A or 6AAA for H-Ryougi.

I don't recommend this at all. The recovery is pretty bad, EX knife won't cover the roll at all (you can mash out for free), and due to that, rolling to the other side for oki isn't very good either. It's not a very slick move, sadly.

I don't recommend it either, but you can still do it, for those who are interested.

IMO, I think Ryougi may be H >= C > F.
Reasons:
Given Ryougi's main point is pressuring in order to keep her fragile life intact, H and C, with the ability to reverse beat, have this much easier than F-Ryougi (but that might be simply because I just suck at F-moon charas).
I consider C and H about equal since while H does have guard crush, C has unblockables to mindfuck with people. However, H's combo potential seems a fair bit higher than that of C's (given 22A, 3C, etc) so I think that puts H slightly above C.

Okay, so I've tried adding 2C 3C 623B into my H-Ryougi so my corner combo goes something like:
(j.C) 2A 5BB 2B 5C 2C 22A (TK 236B) 5BB 214C j.Cwhiff 2C 3C 623B 2C 5C 5BB j.BC j.BC airthrow/236B.
 However, I have a lot of trouble at/after the 3C 623B bit. Sometimes the combo will connect properly and I get a nice beautiful valid 24 hit combo. Other times, the enemy will be able to air-tech from the 623B so my combo ends there. Other times, the enemy will hit the floor before I finish recovering from the 623B so my 2C ends up OTG-ing them.
 Is there any particular reason why this would be happening (eg. timing between 2C/3C/623B)? If so, is there any way I can fix it so that I can get a fairly consistent hitrate?

That's a cool new GUI on the emulator, but I find it's less stable? Perhaps it's just because of the state of development it's in right now. The new 0.9.7 has crashed at least twice for me now in the same time frame where the old 0.9.6 didn't even so much as flicker while running MBAA.

There's been a slight graphics overhaul, which explains why you can tell it's different, but you just can't quite put your finger on how. The shape of the guard bar and magic circuit bar has been changed, as well as the circular rotating thing that's behind the match timer. Also, character palettes are also displayed in match now, like they were in AC ver B.

I must say, I find the backdrop very attractive. I'm hoping there'll be some kind of mix of this vs layout and the old MBAA vs layout, where we get this eyecandy before the chains and movesets appear on screen.

Preemptive jB works sometimes against the likes of Sion/Akiha jC and such, but it's not as reliable as I'd like.  Same with jC, I guess.

jA would work out more if not for anti-A armor or whatever the system mechanic is.

5B 5C 6C 5A6AA, link 2C 6C 5BB 8 jBC djBC AT is like 5.2k midscreen, fairly easy (way easier than BE6C iadC combo).  Maybe 5BB whiff 5A jCB djBC AT is more damage, dunno.

Near corner, whatever to 2C 214C whiff 5A, 5BB aerial is pretty good.  Saw some Japanese vid of someone doing blah blah 214C iabdC, land, 6C and then screw up the rest of the combo :V but that's looking to be a stronger variant for sure.

Not true. You can't jump cancel that 6C because you already used it for the iadBC so the only way to continue would be by specials or EX.

Land 6C 5B 623B/C if you have the meter?

It really depends on what height you end up landing the 214A, I guess. I find it relatively easy to connect 5BB on characters like Ryougi, Sion, etc whereas characters like Len pose a slightly more tricky challenge. But good luck, in any case  :)

It may be because you're inputting 5BB too late, since I find 5B has terrible startup. I used to whiff all the time doing 214A -> 5BB on C, but after I realised that I was just inputting too late I seemed to have a lot more success in doing it. Same principle should apply to H.

EDIT: As an afterthought, perhaps it might help to delay the 214A just the tiniest bit after 6AAA. That way the character has a little more time to fall, meaning less height to cover after the 214A and less chance of aerial recover before you can land your 5BB.
